Hilgers<\/strong>, as an independent elaboration of the Billings ovulation method. Professor\u00a0Thomas W. Hilgers is also the founder of the Pope Paul VI Institute in Omaha and the creator of\u00a0<strong>Naprotechnology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Creighton Model System is one of <strong>the methods of\u00a0natural family planning<\/strong>, but unlike most of them, it does not focus only on determining woman\u2019s fertility. Through the use of a remarkably accurate, standardised score of<strong> biomarkers<\/strong>, established by a woman during her everyday observations, the Creighton Model chart constitutes a boundless repository of knowledge regarding more than just her gynaecological and procreative health. It also allows dietary irregularities to be observed.<\/p>\n<p>The Creighton Model can also be used by couples that are planning to postpone or avert conception. It is a great alternative to invasive contraceptive methods and the one for women who breastfeed or undergo menopause, as well as those interested in understanding the nature of their menstrual cycles.<\/p>\n<p>In our Clinic, the largest group of Creighton Model users are patients with\u00a0infertility\u00a0problems.
